Congratulations are in order for James Houlihan of Dublin and Kevin O'Regan of Tallaght, Ireland. In 1997, they won the Redington Scholarship, established in honor of Irish immigrant Joseph P. Redington, and his wife, Elizabeth Brennan Redington.
