Tom O’Sullivan leads secured funding & financing across Equities & Fixed Income repo and Financing markets for New York-based firm, BayCrest Partners. 

Originally from a family farm just outside Kenmare, Co. Kerry, Tom graduated Cum Laude with a BSc. in Economics & Finance from University College Dublin (UCD) and previously held other leadership roles as Head of Equity Financing Sales EMEA at BNP Paribas in London, prior to relocating to New York in 2019, following its acquisition of Deutsche Bank’s Equity & Prime Brokerage unit, leading Financing & Delta One Sales at BNP Paribas in the Americas. 

While he currently resides in Manhattan, Tom remains a proud Kerry native and UCD alumnus, having been actively involved with a number of non-profits on both sides of the Atlantic, including  UCD alumni chapters, Chairman of the Kerry Association London in 2019, a founding ambassador of the Kerry Ambassador Program – a Global Commerce & Investment Network aimed at encouraging investment in the region and currently as Treasurer & board member of the Kerry Association, New York.
