Suzanne McLaughlin is a seasoned HR leader with over fifteen years of experience across a variety of industries, currently employed as the Global HRBP Director for the LinkedIn Sales Solutions Organization. Suzanne started her leadership career journey in Dublin, Ireland and now works out of LinkedIn’s New York office.

Suzanne has a BSc in Human Resources Management and Industrial Studies from the University of Ulster Belfast; Suzanne also holds Post-Graduate Diplomas in Executive Coaching and Organizational Change and Transformation from University College of Dublin. A strong believer in the power of coaching and developing talent, Suzanne’s expertise lies in HR Strategy, Organizational Design, Change Management, and Leadership Development.

Originally from County Tyrone, Ireland, Suzanne enjoys spending time with family and travelling the world and experiencing new cultures.
