Samuel Dennigan is Founder and CEO of Strong Roots, a leading plant-based brand committed to planet-friendly food. Launched in 2015, Strong Roots are on a mission to provide tasty and environmentally responsible food for busy lives. Since its beginnings Strong Roots has become a firm favorite of consumers globally, listing its Cauliflower Hash Browns, Sweet Potato Fries, Kale-and-Quinoa Burgers and other innovative products in over 8,000 stores worldwide including major retailers in the U.S., UK, and Ireland. Since its inception in Ireland, Sam has grown Strong Roots into a global brand beloved by families and foodies across the U.S.  Born and raised in Ireland, Sam spent 10 years working at his family’s fresh produce business, a decade that allowed him to make connections and gain inspiration. He is a thought-leader in global sustainable food consumption. He regularly speaks to industry leaders about building sustainable and robust supply chains and the impact of our food choices. He grew up in Dublin and attended Ulster University. He now lives in New York with his wife and two sons.
