Paddy Hogan is a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Investor Relations at ORIX Group, overseeing teams in New York and Tokyo. He joined the firm in 2020 from Deutsche Bank in Japan, where he was Managing Director, Head of Japan Equities, and Head of Asia Pacific Equity Sales. He is currently based in New York.

Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Hogan spent 24 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he held various sales and management roles, including Head of Japan Equities in Tokyo and Head of International Equity Sales in New York. He began his career with Nomura Securities Group in London and worked in Institutional Sales there.

Born in Dublin, Paddy attended St Michael’s College and University College Dublin. He received a Bachelor of Commerce, focusing on Finance and banking. Paddy is also a CFA Charterholder. He lives in New York with his wife Lien and their three children, Conor (19), Aidan (17), and Elaine (15).
