Niall is a Managing Director at Stout, a global investment banking and advisory firm. With a deep focus on bankruptcy and restructuring, he has spearheaded numerous high-profile cases across industries including financial services, digital assets, and real estate. His expertise as a trusted fiduciary is evident in his recent role as Joint Official Liquidator of Silicon Valley Bank and his involvement in the Chapter 11 proceedings of the FTX and Celsius digital asset exchanges.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Niall is an active member of the Irish American community in New York and serves as a governing board member for the Barretstown Foundation USA.

Niall was born and raised in Dublin, attended De La Salle College Churchtown, holds a business degree from Trinity College Dublin, and is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and INSOL International. He moved to New York from Dublin in 2016 having accepted a senior role at a leading global consulting firm.

When not immersed in complex financial matters, Niall enjoys playing music, going surfing, and running.
