McCarthy’s previous roles include leading successful campaigns with high-profile artists such as Billy Joel’s record-breaking residency, the historic Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano boxing match, celebrated as the “biggest women’s fight of all time” at Madison Square Garden, the launch of the GRAMMY Museum Experience and a 3-night sold-out run with iconic country star Garth Brooks at Prudential Center.
As founder of MCC Marketing Group, Michelle leads a powerhouse consultancy specializing in strategic marketing for live music, comedy, festivals, fine arts, and sporting events. Her background in artist relations, PR, and brand partnerships supports emerging and established artists, amplifying their presence on stage and in media.
Originally from Co. Cork, Ireland, Michelle’s career began with pivotal roles in esteemed organizations such as Hot Press Magazine, Rubyworks Records, Dublin Theatre Festival, Cork Midsummer Festival, the Festival of World Cultures, and the RTE Concert Orchestra.
