Michael Pryce
Michael Pryce is a Senior Vice President, Financial Markets Infrastructure Risk Management at Citibank – responsible for managing the overall risk on global clearing houses and payment systems. Michael was previously Head of Portfolio Risk Management and Director of Financial Institutions for National Australia Bank (NAB). Earlier in his career, he established and ran the securities lending Asia desk at Bankers Trust.
In 2023, Michael returned as a volunteer with iMentor, a nonprofit that prepares high school students for college. This year he also joined the One Campaign’s NY advocacy network to help execute campaigns to end extreme poverty and preventable diseases. Michael is a former President of Helping Other People Foundation, a nonprofit.
Born in New York and raised in Ireland (Kerry and Limerick), Michael graduated from University College Cork with a B.A. in Commerce, and also holds an M.B.A. from Fordham University. He is an avid Munster rugby supporter and Kerry GAA fan. Michael lives in New York City with his wife, Maura Kelly. This award is dedicated to Michael’s beloved mother, Mary who recently passed.
