Maureen Blair is a CPA and Partner at EisnerAmper LLP and has led the firm’s East Coast Real Estate Private Equity Group for several years. She has more than 40 years of audit, accounting, and advisory experience in a variety of industries, with a particular emphasis on financial services and real estate.

Maureen’s financial services expertise includes advising investment managers and funds in several sectors of the alternative investment space. She has worked extensively with registered investment advisors and has many years of experience working with public companies and performing due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.

A Summa Cum Laude graduate from Syracuse University, Maureen is Co-Chair and a founding member of the Women of EisnerAmper, the largest Employee Resource Group at the firm. As a first-generation Irish American, she visits Ireland frequently and has close ties to family and communities in Ireland, particularly in her mother’s birthplace in Kilcar, Donegal, and her father’s birthplace in Cavan. 

Maureen resides in Syosset, Long Island, and Naples, Florida, with her husband of 37 years, Gary and their three sons, Justin, Brandon and Conor.
