Mary M. McEvoy, Vice President, Strategy and Transformation, has held positions across R&D, Procurement, and Supply Chain during her 26 years at PepsiCo. She has a successful track record leading global supply chain initiatives, spanning commodity risk management, sustainable sourcing, and global business services, as well as managing multi-billion budget responsibilities. She currently leads business process transformation with a focus on supply chain digitalization and automation.
As an energetic and visionary leader, Mary is a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and global colleagues, with a proven track record in driving strategic initiatives across various domains, including market dynamics, emerging technologies, commodities hedging, shared services, and business process transformation.
She is also involved in non-profit organizations. She serves as Board Chair of WBEC METRO NY, an affiliate of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, the nation’s leading advocate for women-owned businesses, and on the board of directors for WBENC. Mary also serves on the advisory board of Self-Help Africa and is the co-founder of LEAP, a novel leadership acceleration program that links young female professionals with community organizations to solve real business challenges.
A native of Kilkenny, Mary was an avid camogie and Gaelic football player in her day and is a committed Kilkenny hurling fan. A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, she currently resides in Greenwich, CT, with her wife Lisa, and her two children, Clodagh, 21, and Conal, 13.
