Kevin Conway
Kevin Conway is the Vice Chairman of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a global private equity firm known for blending investment skills with operating capabilities to build great businesses.
He joined CD&R in 1994. Prior to joining CD&R, he spent ten years with Goldman where he was elected a partner. A magna cum laude graduate of Amherst College, Kevin also holds a joint degree from Columbia University, with an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a JD from Columbia Law School. He and his wife, Dee, are long-time supporters of charitable and civic causes, including Catholic Charities, Tuesday’s Children, Adventures in Learning, Little Flower Children’s Services, and other organizations addressing education, social services, and the needs of the disadvantaged.
And, Kevin is co-chair of Access for All, a scholarship initiative at Chaminade High School, aimed at providing full scholarships for students and families in the most underserved communities on Long Island.
Kevin, who traces his heritage to 1880s immigrants from Leitrim, Meath, Cork, and Limerick, served as the Grand Marshal of the New York St. Patrick’s Day Parade in 2023, helping to raise $1.4 million to combat food insecurity in New York.
