Kathleen McCabe is a managing director at Morgan Stanley and is head of marketing and business development for the Investment Banking Division. Prior to this role, Kathleen was the firm’s Global Head of Investor Relations. Over her 20 years at Morgan Stanley, Kathleen has advised private and public companies on a broad range of transactions including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, financings, and recapitalizations.

Kathleen serves on the Board of Trustees for the Morgan Stanley Foundation and is co- President of the Board of Youth INC. She has a B.A. in Government from Georgetown University and lives in New York City with her husband and two daughters. Both of Kathleen’s parents are from County Leitrim and she is an active supporter of the American Ireland Fund and the Irish Arts Center in New York City. She says her heritage has given her “a deep commitment to family and faith, a strong work ethic, and a sense of humor.”
