Joe Madden is president of Madden Strategic Communications, providing public relations and corporate communications counsel for individuals, corporations, trade associations, non-profits, and venture capital firms. He has more than 25 years of B2B and B2C technology, financial services, insurance, cyber, and data analytics experience and has led PR and communications programs at Fortune 100 companies such as AIG, Fidelity Investments, MetLife, Verisk Analytics, and Immuta.

Joe is active in the Irish community, including lending support and/or serving on the board of the American Ireland Fund, Gaelic Players Association, and the GAA. Joe was the NY Senior team goalkeeper for many years in the ’80s and ‘90s, playing football with Leitrim, Sligo, and other teams.

Born in the Bronx, he is one of 7 children. His dad, Joe, hails from Portumna in Galway, and his mother, Helen (nee Meade) from Miltown Malbay in Clare. Joe received his BA from Marist College where he captained the soccer team and he received his MBA from Fordham University.

He makes his home in East Greenwich, RI, and has four sons, Joseph, Liam, Ronan, and Quin.
