Jim Dore is the Enterprise Sales Manager for North America at Meritsoft, a Cognizant company, covering the leading global Tier One financial institutions. He serves as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, focused on helping organizations maximize operational efficiencies. Jim started his career in financial services working at NYSE member firms before moving into the FinTech space in 2003. Prior to joining Meritsoft, Jim spent 11 years working through two acquisitions at Xcitek-SolutionsPlus and then SunGard (now FIS) with increasing sales responsibilities during his tenure. Born in New York, Jim’s parents returned to Ireland before his first birthday, initially settling in the Abbeyfeale/Knocknagoshel areas of Limerick and Kerry. Jim eventually moved to Tullow Co. Carlow where he completed his secondary education at Tullow Community School, before returning to New York in the mid 80’s. He currently lives with his loving wife Debbie in White Plains and is the very proud father of three sons, Aidan, Liam & Owen, who may not be so proud of his penchant for dad jokes. In his spare time, Jim can be found on the occasional soccer pitch or golf course.
