Jayne Conway is the CFO of Planet Fitness, a retail fitness chain known for its judgement free zone atmosphere and friendly prices. It boasts 2.3 million members nationwide, and for two consecutive years has been ranked by Inc. magazine as one of the fastest growing private businesses in America. Jayne assumed her role at Planet Fitness in May 2010. Prior to that Jayne was the CFO at Gulf Oil LLP. She has also held several leadership positions at Dunkin Brands, including chief strategy officer, as well as being a Bain and Company alumnus.

Jayne holds a BS in industrial engineering from North Carolina State, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. She is a third-generation Irish American, and is married to a native Irishman from County Kildare.
