Gerald C. Crotty is President of Weichert Enterprise LLC, a private equity concern with over $1 billion in AUM, the firm has created thousands of jobs, contributed to economic growth and achieved top quartile rates of return for over a decade.

Previously, he held various executive positions with ITT Corporation, including Chairman and CEO of ITT Information Services, where he partnered with Telecom Eireann.

Prior to joining ITT, Crotty was in public service as Counsel, then Secretary to the Governor of New York. Mr. Crotty began his career with Hawkins, Delafield & Wood upon his graduation from New York Law School and earned his BA from Fordham.

Crotty was a Visiting Fellow of the European Union, nominated by the Republic of Ireland. He is the recipient of the Flax Trust Award, the Ireland US Council Outstanding Achievement Award, the Spirit of Kylemore Service Award, the NY Citizen Budget Commission Public Service Medal, the Franciscan Sisters of the Poor Corporate Heritage Award and NY Law School’s Groundbreaker Award.

Crotty and his wife Lucy have six children and fifteen grandchildren. All four of his grandparents – The Crotty’s and McMahon’s – hail from County Clare.
