As the Head of Philanthropy at The Fallon Company, founded by her father in 1993, Elizabeth is responsible for overseeing the company’s charitable giving programs and community outreach initiatives.

Elizabeth spearheaded numerous initiatives, including partnerships with local non-profit organizations, employee volunteer programs, and large-scale donations to causes such as education, healthcare, and environmental sustainability.

The Fallon Company’s approach to philanthropy is grounded in the belief that companies have a responsibility to give back to the communities that support them. It is a priority for Elizabeth to ensure that The Fallon Company’s philanthropic efforts are aligned with the company’s values and mission, and that they have a measurable impact on the communities they serve.

Beyond her work in charitable giving, Elizabeth is very passionate about preserving the history of a community and is actively engaged with the historical society of her home in Dover, MA. Elizabeth is a fourth-generation Irish American.
