Edwina Fitzmaurice
Edwina is EY Client Technology’s Chief Customer Success Officer, leading the successful technology delivery for EY’s $50BN client services in audit, tax, strategy, transactions, and consulting. Edwina heads up 7 Regional Technology Hubs across the US, EMEIA, and APAC focused on technology adoption and innovation. Edwina is leading the transformation of EY with Artificial Intelligence, taking a keen focus on the employee experience with Generative Intelligent Agents.
Edwina is on the World Economic Forum Global Futures Council and is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Trinity College Dublin, lecturing on emerging technologies. She is the Board Chair of Women in Innovation, a 5000-person non-profit focused on closing the gender gap in innovation and founder of the EY Cognitive Human Enterprise Group, focused on developing careers in technology for over 40 neurodiverse professionals.
Formerly, Edwina has been a CEO, COO, and CEO of European financial services businesses and held multiple board positions on public and private boards. She was formerly the EY Global Consulting Markets and Business Development Leader, responsible for $10BN in revenue across 140 markets, including leading the Consulting Industry Groups covering financial services, healthcare, government, consumer products, and manufacturing.
Edwina is originally from Dublin, where she studied Computer Science and played varsity tennis at Trinity College. Her career took her from the IFSC in Dublin to London, then on to New York in 2011 with her husband and two daughters, who have all since become dual US / Irish citizens.
