David Quigley

David Quigley is a Senior Partner with McKinsey & Co based in New York. Over the last 25 years, David has advised private equity groups and their portfolio companies, and publicly listed healthcare companies. At McKinsey, David has led both the Private Capital (PE) and Life Sciences practices.
His practice areas include corporate strategy, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, commercial performance, and operating models.
In addition to his client commitments, David has been closely involved with the development of the Center for Civilians in Conflict (CIVIC), an organization that works to protect civilians in times of war and conflict and prevent civilian harm.
Prior to joining McKinsey, David held a variety of line management positions in the energy industry.
Born and raised in Dublin, David’s father’s family originally hailed from County Tipperary, while his mother’s family moved to Dublin from the country. David holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France, a Master of Science from the Queen’s University of Belfast and received his bachelor’s degree from University College Dublin.
