David Greaney is the President of Synergy Investments, a Boston based real estate investment firm that owns and operates 25 Boston area buildings comprising of approximately 3,000,000 square feet. Over 350 companies, retailers and organizations occupy space in the Synergy portfolio.

A native of Limerick, David is a graduate of University College Dublin, and a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.

Prior to founding Synergy, David held positions in the investment management groups of Harvard University and PwC. He has received numerous awards from organizations, including the Boston Irish Business Association, and the Irish Chamber of Commerce.

In 2015, David was included in the Boston Business Journal’s Power 50, which recognizes the most influential Bostonians. He has served on the Irish American Partnership’s Board of Directors since 2016.  Through the Partnership, David gives back to his former secondary school, St. Nessan’s (now known as Thomond Community College), by funding academic achievement awards for 20 students annually. ♦
