Daniel Hallissey, from Blarney, County Cork, has risen through the ranks of technology firms and is now a director of sales at AHEAD, spearheading the evolution of Artificial Intelligence, Cloud and data security, and digital transformation for some of the world’s most prominent global enterprises.

Daniel started in the technology world on the manufacturing floor at EMC – since then he moved into the business and sales divisions in Cork, Dublin, and now New York City.

In 2022, Daniel made a pivotal move to Ahead, a global technology integrator, where he orchestrates key decisions and strategies related to technology procurement for major corporations. He provides value to customers in their technology transformation initiatives ranging from complex IT enterprise Data Centers to software-defined cloud applications. And more recently, AI for major Wall St banks

Daniel graduated from Cork Institute of Technology and further honed his skills with a degree in Business Accounting and Finance from Griffith College.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Daniel’s commitment to fostering positive change is evident through his role on the First Tee Youth Development Board. In his youth, Daniel won three national golf titles in Ireland, and now, alongside his wife, both accomplished golfers, he travels to participate in various tournaments.
