Conor Looney is a business owner and senior leader with a three-decade career working in the United States, Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, and Central America, spanning the Real Estate, Legal, Telecom, and CPG industries.

Born in Ireland, and married with three children, Conor has lived in seven countries and is now based in Florida.

As the owner and Group CEO of EXO Edge, the leader in offshore staffing for Real Estate and Legal clients, Conor has overseen its rapid expansion, including the increase in headcount from 30 to 900 associates in seven years.

Previously, Conor held leadership positions with Digicel, including Regional CEO across eighteen countries and CEO in two Caribbean markets.

Conor’s early career was with Mars Inc., where he worked across business units and in various European markets. He also co-founded and exited two online businesses.

His educational background includes a Commerce degree from University College Dublin and leadership development from the Wharton School.

Conor is an avid reader, particularly about Irish history and culture. He also is a Liverpool FC fan and strives to be an “intelligent” investor.
