Cathy Boyle is a Senior Managing Director at Webster Bank and Co-Team Lead for its Not-For-Profit Banking Team.

Her career spans Citibank, BNY Mellon, and Wells Fargo where she held leadership roles covering not-for-profits, hedge funds, private equity firms, institutional asset managers and other corporates for most of her career.

Cathy earned a B.S. in Computer Science from St. John’s University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University. Her mother, Maura was born and raised in Ballsbridge, Dublin, and her father, Pat was born in New York and raised in Cooley, County Louth. 

Cathy spends many holidays with family in Ireland and credits her parents with instilling in her a strong work ethic, deep love of and respect for her Irish heritage, and a keen interest in supporting educational and other not-for-profit initiatives to “pay it forward” in gratitude. She is a member of the American Heart Association Go Red for Women Executive Leadership Team, and the Volunteer New York! Volunteer Spirit Awards Steering Committee. Cathy lives in New York and is a dual Irish and U.S. citizen.
