Caroline Wharton is a Director with Wells Fargo Corporate Investment Banking, with a particular focus on companies in the technology sector. Caroline has held a number of roles globally with the Bank, managing teams in both Europe and the US and established their European Corporate Banking Practice in Dublin in 2010. Caroline is also an active advisor and angel investor in the US and Ireland, with focus on companies in infosecurity, edtech and healthcare spaces. She is currently an advisor to IAMPASS, a California start-up in the identity authentication management space and is also an advisor to companies based at the Munster Technology University, as they seek to get a foothold in the United States.
Caroline volunteers every week with the Grand Central Food Program’s mobile soup kitchen.
Although a Cork native, Caroline loves to head to Achill on her trips home to take in the Greenway, real brown bread and the amazing local seafood with her husband, Enda Kelleher, who also made Irish America’s 100 list.
