Antoinette Behan is the Chief Revenue Officer for EdgarAgents, facilitating regulatory filings with the Securities & Exchange Commission and subsequent shareholder communication on behalf of public entities.

Over the past decade, Antoinette has spent most of her time in the asset management industry, in particular, the burgeoning ETF ecosystem. She is an avid supporter of the Irish Funds and their remit of encouraging US asset managers to domicile their ETFs in Ireland.  Antoinette is currently on the steering committee of KPMG Women in Mutual Funds and an early member of Women in ETFs, a now 10,000-plus worldwide ETF member group.

Prior to EdgarAgents, Antoinette held a number of positions with NASDAQ, Oracle Netsuite, IntraLinks, and RR Donnelley and worked in London with Dun & Bradstreet and Ulster Bank in Dublin prior to her move to New York City over 25 years ago. 

Antoinette is a native Dubliner and wears that badge proudly, in addition to living the American dream on a near-daily basis with her two teenage girls, Catherine and Emily, and husband, Billy.
