Andrew Lynch
Andrew embarked on his entrepreneurship journey 10 years ago in Dublin with no college degree, a tiny one-person office, and a small loan, as the founder and CEO of Mason Alexander, a talent solutions company. Relocating in 2021 to build out the company in the U.S., Andrew now resides in New York City.
Mason Alexander has grown into a global business with 200+ people, hubs in Ireland, Romania, Portugal, Poland, and New York, and last year spun out part of the company re-branded Enable. Enable deploys experienced data engineers into Healthcare and Financial Services using AI, ML, and RPA programs.
Andrew also founded and has been involved in a number of non-profit organizations including Woman Who Mean Business, Leaders of Tech, and MA Sports, he was President of his Alumni board at Clongowes Wood College. Recently, he joined the EML committee of the Crumlin Children’s Hospital.
“Building a company over the last 10 years has been incredibly challenging. But we have always been ready to push our limits and overcome obstacles; getting out of your comfort zone and overcoming fear is one of the greatest feelings,” Lynch said.
