Aidan Houlihan is head of Americas for Napier AI, a Software-as-a-service business focused on Anti-Money Laundering and Combating Financial Crimes. Napier AI is a next-generation software firm working with banks, asset managers, fintech, payment companies, online gaming, and major corporates worldwide.

 Aidan is from Lahinch, Co. Clare; Aidan started his career working with Deutsche Bank in the IFSC Dublin in 2000. In 2004, he moved to Bermuda where he lived for five years before moving to Hong Kong in 2009 to lead the alternative investment services business for BNYM where he also sat on the operating committee. In 2017, he moved to NYC where he has continued to work in the financial services sector.

He believes “being Irish means you are part of a tribe, you have a responsibility to do right by your people, represent them and your family in all that you do to the greatest of your ability, and most importantly help each other. It also means you have an innate ability to tell good stories!” 

He currently is both an advisor and investor in several tech start-ups. Aidan lives between Manhattan and NJ where he has a small hobby farm.
