Dr. Niamh Long, a fellowship-trained diagnostic radiologist specializing in musculoskeletal and oncologic body imaging who provides interpretation of CT, MRI, and ultrasound imaging. She also has expertise in performing ultrasound-guided biopsies.
Dr. Long is a member of the Sarcoma and Musculoskeletal Disease Management Teams, which involves working closely with oncologists and surgeons in a multidisciplinary environment to help with the diagnosis and treatment of oncology patients. Her practice is located at Memorial Hospital in Manhattan and Memorial Sloan Kettering Westchester. Dr. Long says, “I am truly honored to be a part of a team of experts committed to providing excellent patient care.” Dr. Long received her education at University College Cork, and did her residency at Mater Misericordiae University Hospital Ireland.
Dr. Long has a strong interest in research, having authored a number of publications and presented at many national and international conferences. The opportunity to be involved in collaborative research projects as part of a multidisciplinary team is something she highly values.
