12.10.15 GENERAL PUBLIC AND FRONTLINE STAFF URGED TO HELP HOMELESS ACCESS SERVICES.
Members of the general public and anyone working in frontline services who come in contact with homeless people are asked to direct them to the correct service by using a new guide developed by Crosscare the Social Care Agency of the Archdiocese of Dublin. The new guide which is being distributed widely in leaflet form was launched today (12.10.15) in the Mansion House Dublin by Lord Mayor Criona Ni Dhalaigh. The guide has pulled together in an easy format contact details and a brief description of a range of services available to those at risk of losing their home or those who are sleeping rough. The guide is primarily aimed at those who come into contact with people who are at risk of homelessness. Pic shows Lord Mayor Criona Ni Dhalaigh listening to a speaker at the launch with a copy of the new leaflet in her hands. Pic John Mc Elroy. NO REPRO FEE. Further Info Ciara Mc Grath (01) 8726775.
